5 week update on Jordan

Little Jordan has colic:(. She doesn't show it here, but she cries and cries and is not comfortable. Poor thing. Here she is sleeping in Momma's arms.Sleeping in Granny's arms. This is so fun to have a grandchild so close!

North to Alaska Countdown

I promise, after the last post..... no more whining! Richard and I leave next week on a 7 day cruise to ALASKA. Is that cool (no pun intended) or what. We are soooooo excited. Neither of us has ever cruised and what makes this all the more fun is we are doing this "little" trip with all, yes all 6, of Richard's siblings and their spouses. They are all great people and I can only envision the fun we will have. This picture is the actual boat we will be on! I will take my camera and cord and try to blog from the boat. We'll see if that works.

I AM GOING TO SHOOT SOMEONE!!!!!!!

This is my living room, or should I say this is the air conditioning parts storage facility that is located in my living room. We are replacing our air conditioner and having the entire house reducted. What a hassle. The a/c was put on the house by crane 10 days ago but was not hooked up. It was hooked up to a fan to bring in outside air only. The ducting was supposed to be done by Wednesday or Thursday last week when it started to get into the 90's. Like I said it has been 10 days and it still is not done. Granted the installer did get sick, but.....we have been run around the bush. Today he came by and hooked up the unit to use the existing duct work as an air conditioner. Why this was not done 10 days ago I do not know. Now he says it will not be done until Tuesday at the earliest and we have company coming in that night. What a mess............it will be nice when it is done but like I said, "I JUST WANT TO SHOOT SOMEONE!"This is our new front porch ornament!

This thing is huge!! It must be twice as high as the old one.

All Things Jordan

Tyler is at it again!!!!!

You will probably remember that Tyler switched out the engine in his car this past fall. Well he traded off that CRX for an Integra and now he is painting that!. He has been working for months on the body of his car and yesterday he was able to paint it. Here is Tyler and his friend Rial who has been helping him all along the way.The Integra.

Hours and hours and hours of work. The red Civic in the back is his next project :( !

The morning started out a little ominous when the Integra wouldn't start. They had to jump the battery. Here is Rial pushing the car out.

Thank goodness for jumper cables.
