Happy Anniversary to me!

Today is a very special day for Richard and I. It was one year ago today that we were sealed for all eternity in the Mesa Arizona Temple. What a blessing it has been in our lives and the lives of our children. Our marriage is stronger and our home has a special spirit about it .Last night we returned to the temple to celebrate by doing a session. We were asked to be the witness couple. What a special experience that was, neither one of us had ever done it before and to be able to on our anniversary was great. The officiator was also the brother of my good friend Jennifer. It was a wonderful evening.
Here we are leaving the temple May 30, 2007.

Ben's Baptism

Ben is the oldest of our Grandchildren and so was the absolute first baptism into The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints we have had. We are so proud of this huge step that he has taken and know that he will be eternally blessed for his decision. This may be the first grandchild baptism but it is by no means going to be the last. We have our 12th grandchild due in a few weeks and 13 will come in October. We are truly blessed.

We are proud Grandparents! Ben is such a good, sweet boy.
A tender moment between Levi and his favorite...Daddy.
Proud Dad...with Aaron and Kyle.
Ben with Mom, Dad, Levi, Uncle Jimmy and Aunt Kaila!
Proud parents!
It snowed all morning of the baptism and continued all day. Driving was treacherous but the snow made for some backyard fun. Here is Ben with his brother Sam.

Dustin Returns

Dustin returned to Mesa to gather his family and drive them home after Abish came down for her Mother's surgery. Here is Bianca with Grandpa already wrapped around her little finger.

Reunited again.....Dustin and Abish.

Catching Up

Here are a few pictures of us playing (or pausing for cell phones) around the kitchen table. This is one of our favorite places to hang out after dinner.Tyler had left over paint balls that had to be used up. This is his expression when I realized he had been shooting the wall in the backyard. He insists it will come off....eventually.

This is my attempt to show the wildflowers. They were beautiful this year due to all of the rain. We would have pulled over but the road was blocked. They are finally putting up an overpass at Beeline and the Saguaro Lake turnoff. It will be so much safer.
Tyler ready for Ecuadorian Soccer. He went to Ecuador on his mission.

HUBBA HUBBA

Richard looked so good when he came home from work that I asked him if I could take a picture and blog him. He indicated that a picture would probably not capture his full essence. (He does have the big head don't ya know!) Here he is being a dork! Here is my sweetie. I did make a major faux pax when I told him to hold his stomach in and he said "This is me holding my stomach in!!!!!!" Oops! He is a handsome devil and I am a lucky woman to be loved by this man.
