GRANNY MAIL

Granny Mail is something I have done for the grandkids for years. This was my way of connecting with my grandchildren when they lived miles away and I wasn't able to see them as often as I would like. I have a mailbox in my home that is decorated with a "Granny Mail" logo where I hide little treats whenever any grandkids come to visit. I also use this same logo on any mail I send to them so they can just look at the envelope and know it's from Granny! When I went to visit Dana I asked her to make a box for Granny Mail while I was visiting. This is what Ryan and Anna came up with. (It was a fun box...thanks Ryan and Anna). Each day they would look inside and find some kind of prize. Here are a few of the prizes......chalk

I love being a Granny and this is just one of the ways I try to connect with my 12 (soon to be 13 on Oct. 2nd) grandchildren.
